Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our system and securely package your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned fashion pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
